Given the far-reaching nature of our business and the fact that our three founders are Australian, Canadian, and Indian, it is not surprising that Kanbay is a global organization. Kanbay is composed of several corporate entities but with a common organizational culture, management style, processes—and uncommon standards of customer satisfaction. The various regions of Kanbay are led by local managers and directors, many whom are members of Kanbay's Global Executive team. So a global leader at Kanbay is not only responsible for his or her region or function, but also plays a key role in guiding our firm.
