Kanbay Wins LOMA Excellence in Education Award--CORRECTION

Prestigious Insurance Accolade Achieved for Professional Development Among IT Services Associates in The U.S. And India

ROSEMONT, Ill. - August 25, 2005 -- Kanbay International, Inc., a global IT services firm focused on providing solutions to the financial services industry, today announced that the company has been named a winner of the LOMA "Excellence in Education" Award.

LOMA is an international association through which over 1,200 insurance and financial services companies from over 80 countries engage in research and educational activities to improve insurance company operations. This prestigious award honors companies that have achieved excellence through their outstanding professional development and participation in LOMA's Education and Training programs.

Only 68 of the more than 1200 world-wide LOMA member companies have been awarded LOMA's Excellence in Education award this year. Kanbay achieved a 97.5% pass rate based on the 47 Kanbay associates who participated, and a 213% growth in LOMA certifications from the previous year.
