- Synchronize script playback: Sequence tests to reduce cycle time, design tests to maximize script reuse and build in support for configuration management tools like Test Director
- Optimize automation: Hone automation across three dimensions: data driven optimization involves modifying scripts to loop, reading data from a table for each iteration; keyword driven optimization involves using keywords in tables to determine the path of execution; and post run analysis automatically looks at the script results using Perl or VBA scripts
