Larry Gordon
Sales, Marketing & Emerging Geographies
Larry Gordon leads all customer acquisition and branding efforts for Kanbay International. Mr. Gordon's 20 year software and IT services experience includes marketing, and sales management success, and spans corporate strategy, brand building, lead generation, and customer intimacy programs.
For over six years, prior to joining Kanbay, Mr. Gordon was Vice President of Global Marketing at Cognizant. He spearheaded Cognizant's branding and lead generation programs, and contributed to increased sales through sales team management strategies and programs, leading to numerous key customer wins.
Prior to joining Cognizant, Mr. Gordon was CEO of TekTel, a digital consulting firm, and President of Technology Solutions, a leading technology marketing consulting firm. He was also Director of Marketing for Information Builders, a large enterprise software company.
Mr. Gordon has a B.A. from Duke University, and an M.A. from the University of Colorado.
Jason Zintak
Major Enterprise Sales
With over 12 years of application software experience, Jason Zintak brings to Kanbay an extensive background in technologies around enterprise resource planning, supply chain and customer value management, product lifecycle management and business intelligence. His effective leadership of solution teams has helped organizations drive productivity and efficiency with technology applications, ultimately fostering innovative networks for partners, suppliers, and customers.
Mr. Zintak comes to Kanbay from SAP where he was a Global Account Executive dedicated to Fortune 500 customers in the consumer packaged goods, industrial products, and retail industries. During his eight year tenure at SAP, he consistently ranked as a top sales performer and was the number one sales representative globally in 2003. Prior to SAP, Mr. Zintak was similarly accomplished in sales and sales management positions for both Triad Systems, Inc. and Blue Martini Software. At Triad, Mr. Zintak helped retail and distribution clients refine business processes through standardization and consolidation of accounting and inventory management systems. Mr. Zintak worked with consumer products companies and retailers at Blue Martini to enable multi-channel marketing strategies through various customer touch point technologies. Mr. Zintak has helped numerous clients identify technology solutions enabling cost-effective integration of the many steps of their value chain, from suppliers to consumers.

James Kendrick
Customer Value Management
James Kendrick is the Managing Officer of Kanbay's Customer Value Management practice. He has over 20 years of management consulting experience working with senior executives of major firms to aid in strategy, business redesign, organizational alignment and implementation. Mr. Kendrick has led consulting practices and major projects that help clients place their customers in the center of their business strategy and increase customer growth, retention and loyalty. He has led engagements in industry sectors including high tech electronics, financial services, retail products and industrial products.
Prior to joining Kanbay, Mr. Kendrick was Director of the customer and marketing strategy firm, Peppers and Rogers Group, in Europe. He recently led the introduction of new practices for Carlson Marketing based on the book by Don Peppers and Martha Rogers, Return on Customer. Before that, he was a Principal leading eBusiness practice development and market entry efforts for A. T. Kearney. Mr. Kendrick was also an Associate Partner at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, where he helped the firm build a successful IT strategy consulting business.
Mr. Kendrick holds a BA in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin and spent three years with a research project, Management in the Nineties, at MIT's Sloan School of Management.
Gary A. Williams
Research Services
Gary Williams is the Managing Officer for the Kanbay Research Institute, a business unit created through the licensing of his research patents and intellectual content from ten industries. His unique research methods are based on a simple idea to measure consumer desires and how well today's corporations deliver against them. Over the past six years, his methods have accurately predicted growth markets and the industry leaders best positioned to win.
Before Kanbay, Mr. Williams was the CEO and co-founder of Miller-Williams Inc., a research firm based in San Diego, CA where his work captured the attention of some of the most influential media including the Australian Financial Review, London Financial Times, Investors Business Daily and Wall Street Journal. His two-year study with 1,700 business executives to define their decision styles was the May 2002 cover article in Harvard Business Review. The study and article were subsequently released in his 2004 book, The 5 Paths to Persuasion (Warner Books).
Mr. Williams has held senior executive positions at both large and small corporations, including GlaxoSmithKline, The Sentry Group (acquired by The Meta Group) and Sykes Enterprises, Inc. He was also Founder and CEO of his own software company where he created a number of successful programs for the sales automation and customer management industry.
Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa where he majored in Biology with an emphasis on Psychology.

Kevin Reid
Business Intelligence
Kevin Reid is a professional with 16 years of experience helping progressive companies streamline distribution and logistics operations through the innovative application of technology, best practices, and organizational management. He possesses a blend of "Tier 1" consulting and "Real Industry" experience which creates a strong base for practical applications of information technology and management techniques to create real economic value for clients.
Mr. Reid's career started in Accenture's Consumer Products Industry Practice where he participated in several projects focused on distribution and retail operations improvement. His contribution earned him a place on Accenture's firmwide "Best Practices" Committee where he helped to define business processes that were considered most effective in consumer manufacturing, distribution, and retail environments. After four years with Accenture, Kevin left to join a consumer manufacturing firm to manage the design and execution of the company's enterprise resource planning applications which became an operation widely regarded as the most efficient in its industry. Kevin's unique blend of consulting and industry experience has provided him with extensive credibility with "blue chip" clientele, a wide range of analytical skills and valuable knowledge capital.
At Kanbay, Mr. Reid's focus is solving data integration and access problems that exist in today's complex business environments and providing real-time insight into business performance. He is responsible for our Business Intelligence Service Line.
Joe Moye
Business Intelligence
Joe Moye is responsible for leading Kanbay's Business Intelligence activities with key clients in the southeastern U.S. and for our Banking clients nationally in support of the firm's Credit Management and Basel II programs. Mr. Moye has over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience in the technology marketplace and has spent the last eight years focused in the Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing marketplace assisting global clients with their strategy, architecture and implementation of enterprise information delivery solutions designed to improve business performance.
Prior to Kanbay, Mr. Moye was the Founder and President of Gazelle Consulting, Inc., a leading provider of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing professional services, based in Atlanta. Before founding Gazelle Consulting, Mr. Moye held multiple leadership positions with Unisys Corporation and Sequent Computer Systems. His experience with enterprise business intelligence solutions was a result of his work at Sequent where he served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Americas leading a $500M P&L. Sequent was acquired by IBM in late 1999 and Mr. Moye was on the executive committee responsible for integrating the two businesses.
Mr. Moye holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University.

David Northington
Enterprise Resource Management & Outsourcing
David Northington brings to Kanbay over 20 years of business experience. With a legacy of successful leadership roles in commercial enterprises and a foundation of consulting experience, Mr. Northington provides the right blend of experience and insight as he leads our ERM and Outsourcing practice. His expertise in the successful design and implementation of large scale, multi-site business processes has helped many companies turn strategic plans into fiscal reality. Mr. Northington has spent a great portion of his career focused on manufacturing, consumer products, and engineering industries.
Mr. Northington began his career in the engineering and construction industry, but quickly found a way to apply his engineering background and business expertise to a sales role for a large industrial products company. With early success driving new revenues for the company, he was asked to lead their Enterprise Systems initiatives.
Mr. Northington then joined Plaut Consulting Incorporated, an international management consulting firm, where he soon became President and CEO of North American operations. During his tenure at Plaut, he greatly expanded the client base of satisfied businesses that needed help with the selection, design, implementation, operation and, often, outsourcing of their associated enterprise systems. As CEO, he successfully navigated the company out of a period of decline and into a new period of growth and profitability. This led to a desirable acquisition by IDS Scheer, an international management consulting and software development firm. While at IDS Scheer, he served as the company's Executive Vice President, playing a major role in the integration of the two companies.
Peter Albers
Enterprise Resource Management, SAP
Peter Albers is responsible for the management of Kanbay's Enterprise Resource Management, SAP Practice. Mr. Albers has over fourteen years of consulting experience at leading international consulting firms and in managing software implementation operations in Europe, Latin and North America. He has deep expertise in implementing SAP software and has managed global implementations across leading Manufacturing, Process and Media Companies such as Daimler Chrysler, Hughes, Klockner and Paramount Pictures.
Prior to Kanbay, Mr. Albers was the President of Emeritis-North America responsible for defining strategy and solutions as well as managing the company's overall P&L. He managed the development of the products, methodologies, approach, and enabling tools to support global sales and pipeline management. Mr. Albers was also a part of the Group's international senior management team and supported the setup of operations in Europe and Latin America.
Prior to joining Emeritis, he served in a number of senior executive management positions including: President of Plaut Consultoria in Brazil, Director of Plaut Consulting Inc. in North America and Manager at Daimler Chrysler Aerospace in Germany (previously known as Daimler-Benz Aerospace).
Mr. Albers has a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration) from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Germany and an MBA from Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, GA.
Marc Jonas
Enterprise Resource Management, Oracle
Marc Jonas leads Kanbay's Oracle Practice, responsible for the setting the strategy and managing the execution of that Practice area. Mr. Jonas possesses not only a strong combination of industry expertise, reengineering and business process acumen and technical know-how, but also a pragmatic and realistic approach that helps Kanbay's client's realize significant benefits from their ERP endeavors.
Previously, Mr. Jonas was the Managing Officer for Kanbay's headquarters office in Miami, Florida, primarily focused on building local market presence and establishing Kanbay as the Firm of Choice for clients in the South Florida area.
Mr. Jonas' career spans almost 25 years in the consulting profession. Initially he was with Accenture and was responsible for numerous significant ERP and Strategy engagements. His work covered a number of key industries including Aerospace and Defense and Industrial Manufacturing.
Upon his departure from Accenture, Mr. Jonas was admitted as a Partner to Grant Thornton LLP, helping that firm establish a consulting practice in Florida and later working to build the firm's SAP Practice nationally. Mr. Jonas was also a Managing Principal at IBM Global Services, and in that capacity ran the Distribution, Travel and Transportation Practice within the Southeast United States.
Mr. Jonas received a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Business Administration from Tulane University.
Bill Donlan
Customer Relationship Management
Bill Donlan leads Kanbay's CRM practice, responsible for all technology solutions delivered to our CRM clients.
Mr. Donlan has more than 16 years of experience helping companies improve customer and value chain (including partners, vendors, and employees) relationships through a combination of business strategy, process tuning and industry best practices, and technology integration. Mr. Donlan's consulting experience includes time spent at Accenture, Cambridge Technology Partners, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Donlan has experience with more than 90 CRM implementation projects involving the functional areas of sales, customer service, marketing and channel management. His industry experience is focused in Financial Services, High Technology, Consumer Products, and Travel/Transportation. Mr. Donlan has been invited to speak at several local CRM user groups and has also participated on a National Sales Transformation Using Technology Best Practices Panel. He is experienced with all of the leading software vendors in the CRM space including Siebel, Oracle, SAP, and Peoplesoft as well as several of the mid-market packaged solutions.
Mr. Donlan has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Information System Accounting from the University of Florida.
Gary
Urban
Business Continuity & IT Strategy
Gary Urban specializes in IT Strategy and Business Continuity at Kanbay. He is responsible for developing Kanbay's practice in these areas as well as the delivery of these services to Kanbay's clients. In this role, Mr. Urban actively leads and participates in many of our IT Strategy, IT Assessment and Planning projects.
With more than 23 years of technology leadership, Mr. Urban has worked with and for numerous Fortune 500 companies and other large organizations in the development and execution of strategies that lead to competitive advantage, lower costs, and enhanced operations.
Before Kanbay, Mr. Urban was VP of Information Technology for Ryder Transportation Services, a $3 billion global transportation company. In this role, he was responsible for both day-to-day IT operations and the development and execution of an IT strategy geared towards redefining the use of technology within the business. Mr. Urban began his career with Accenture where he developed his skills in IT Strategy and Business through his work with numerous large companies and institutions. His work included all aspects of system development from strategic planning through design and implementation.
Mr. Urban holds both a BSBA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Florida. He is also a member of the University's President's Council.

Aftab Ullah
Technology Development & Integration
Aftab Ullah leads Kanbay’s Technology Development and Integration practice. With over 14 years of industry and technology experience in managing large technology and domain-intensive offshore engagements, Mr. Ullah has a deep understanding of the IT offshoring industry and its challenges. Currently Mr. Ullah manages services delivery globally for the largest client portfolio within Kanbay. In addition he manages the relationships with all of the client captive centers in his portfolio.
Mr. Ullah joined Kanbay India as a team lead during our initial start up phase back in 1995 and was one of Kanbay’s first offshore associates. Prior to joining Kanbay, Mr. Ullah started his IT career as a mainframe programmer in Infosys Technologies Ltd.
Mr. Ullah holds a Bachelors Degree from Benaras Hindu University, India where he majored in Electronics and Communications Technology.
Kishor Wikhe
Industry Packages
Kishor Wikhe is the Global Practice Head for Kanbay's Industry Packages practice. In this role, he holds responsibility for the P&L of the practice. Mr. Wikhe has 14 years of professional experience in consulting Fortune 500 and other leading companies on IT outsourcing, ODC setup, IT strategy, eBusiness, project management and software implementation.
Before Kanbay, Mr. Wikhe served as the Regional Manager of Tata Consultancy Services' Chicago operations where he successfully managed and grew client businesses. Mr. Wikhe has a Master's degree (M.E.) in Electronics and Control Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Rajasthan.
Shantala Sadananda
Transformation Services
Shantala Sadananda leads Kanbay's area for transformation services which includes our legacy modernization offerings. In this capacity, she is responsible for client relationships, development and implementation of account strategy, managing the P&L and overall operations for the portfolio. With over 10 years experience in technology and financial services, Ms. Sadananda has led business development and delivery management for technology practice, Asset Connections within the Securities and Investment vertical. She has also managed several clients across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining Kanbay, Ms. Sadananda was with Reliance Industry Ltd, India’s largest petrochemical company. She also held also been a key participant in many international forums including W3C and Sun Microsystems. Ms. Sadananda holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering and has a Post Graduate degree in Operational Research and Management from Bombay University.

Crowther
Architecture Services
Alan Crowther leads Kanbay's Architecture Services practice, responsible for enabling customers to profit and gain competitive advantage from new and enabling technologies. Mr. Crowther has over 15 years of proven expertise in applying specific enabling technologies as well as formulating enterprise architecture and IT strategy portfolios. Mr. Crowther has extensive experience in Healthcare and Financial Services industries and is part of the healthcare industry leadership team at Kanbay.
Mr. Crowther has also had broad vertical exposure in consumer finance & insurance and retail. His business process experience includes customer sales and service, direct marketing, business contracting and compliance, sales force effectiveness, point-of-sale, and a variety of specialist and compliance related knowledge worker automation support projects.
Prior to joining Kanbay, Mr. Crowther was an executive at Andersen Consulting, where he led a number of large technology architecture projects, including some of the largest distributed OLTP and document management systems ever built for pharmacy, insurance, and related industries.
Mr. Crowther is a recognized expert on helping companies create tangible ROI and business value from content management, portal, personalization, mobile, enterprise integration and other technologies and has published several articles and studies as well as spoken to the on national media regarding these topics.
Mr. Crowther is a graduate of Princeton University.
Prasanth Perumparambil
VisionPlus COE
Prasanth Perumparambil leads Kanbay's VisionPLUS® Center of Excellence within the industry packages practice. In his role as Practice Delivery Executive he is responsible for sales, delivery, competency development and associate career management. With over 12 years of industry and technology experience in cards and related systems, Mr. Perumparambil has a deep understanding of the cards industry and its challenges. He is an accomplished Cards domain expert with global experience in System integration, Consulting, Outsourcing, multi-site Delivery and Relationship Management, with a proven track record in building relationships and obtaining key bottom line results with high customer satisfaction. He has led more than 20 end to end implementations of card systems.
Prior to joining Kanbay, Mr. Perumparambil was with Tata Consultancy Services where as a Technical Architect he led end to end card systems implementation, database design, campaign management and datawarehousing engagements for the leading card issuers of the world. Mr. Perumparambil holds an Engineering Degree from Calicut University where he majored in Electrical and Electronics.
Jatin Desai
Capital Markets COE
Jatin Desai heads Kanbay’s Chennai development center in India and serves as a core member of Kanbay’s Securities & Investment practice. With over 18 years of IT and industry experience, Mr. Desai has deep domain understanding of Capital Markets vertical and it's challenges. He has been instrumental in delivering "best of breed" solutions to clients by effectively combining domain and technology skills. Mr. Desai has been with Kanbay since 2002.
Before returning to India in 2004, Mr. Desai spent 12 years in the US. During that time, he consulted for Kanbay with a premier Wall Street investment bank on their Global Risk Management initiatives. Prior to joining Kanbay, Mr. Desai held senior positions with a leading trading system vendor and niche IT consulting firms dealing with Fortune 500 and other vertically-focused firms.
Mr. Desai has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering and has attended various courses and seminars on technology and the Capital Markets domain. He has global working experience in various client-facing roles in North America, the Middle East and Asia.

Charles Cagle
Testing, North America & Europe
Charles Cagle leads Kanbay’s Software Testing Practice for North America, Europe, and the UK. With over 17 years of industry experience in the mainframe, mid-range, client-server, and web industry in application development and quality assurance testing, Mr. Cagle brings a deep understanding of software development and program management best practices and the challenges that organizations face to consistently delivery high value and high quality technology solutions to businesses.
Prior to joining Kanbay, Mr. Cagle was Vice President of Information Technology for SkillsNET Corporation based out of Texas. Mr. Cagle has spent the majority of his career helping business develop and implement customized software development and testing processes. He brings a strong mix of consultancy experience and hands on application experience from the various Information Services and Product Development departments that have been under his leadership. Mr. Cagle’s success driver has always been to strategically help customers align their Information Technology services with the businesses’ operational priorities.
Mr. Cagle conducted his graduate studies in the early 90’s at Devry University in Irving Texas in the Computer Information Systems program. He has also been trained in numerous industry certification programs, including Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE).
Kalpesh Garg
Testing
Kalpesh Garg helps lead Kanbay’s Testing practice, focusing on business development and test consulting. With close to 13 years of experience in Software Testing and the Securities & Investments domain, Mr. Garg has deep understanding of the Testing industry and its challenges.
Prior to joining Kanbay, Mr. Garg was responsible for Testing delivery for Scope International-Standard Chartered where he managed testing delivery for various banking and securities projects. He was instrumental in architecting testing strategies and specifications for complex projects and successfully managed complex testing projects with migration of over 70 critical applications at once. While at Standard Chartered, he also managed Global Custody Operations.
Previously, Mr. Garg worked at National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) where he established and held responsibility for operations in NSDL's Southern India Region. Before NSDL, Mr. Garg was at Pear-Green Securities where he was responsible for business operations and client relationship management.
Mr. Garg holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Pune with major as Finance. He completed a post graduate program from the Symbiosis Institute of Foreign Trade in Pune where he majored in International Business.
OUTSOURCING & MAINTENANCE
Michael Rosenbloom
Outsourcing Services
Michael Rosenbloom, a seasoned professional with over 16 years experience in both consulting and industry, is responsible for the complete range of Outsourcing services Kanbay provides to our clients. Mr. Rosenbloom has overall responsibility for operations at both of Kanbay's world class data centers as well as a number of remotely supported outsourcing clients. He has previously held a number of positions within the firm, most recently leading Kanbay's SAP integration services practice in Miami.
Mr. Rosenbloom began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he gained experience in the design and implementation of complex information systems technology that supported streamlined business processes according to industry best practices. He then went on to become the Director of Operations at an international consumer products manufacturer where he was responsible for all aspects of supply chain management and order fulfillment and directed the migration of all manufacturing operations from the United States to Mexico. His primary areas of industry specialization include consumer packaged goods and industrial products manufacturing, distribution and logistics.
Mr. Rosenbloom has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
